In order to protect the interests of our clients, we offer a one
week guarantee on their technical services. In the event that he/she
does not meet your need, simply contact your Account Manger and we
will identify a replacement or refund one week’s worth of billing
back to you.
Our Account Managers & Project Control Officers maintain a close
working relationship with our consultants. Taking a pro-active
approach, we contact them on a weekly or sometimes daily basis. We
understand their needs and the results that you’re looking for.

Local Support
By partnering with reliable business partners as well as
forming our technical team in Greater China, we are able to provide
direct support in Hong Kong, Shenzhen, Guangzhou, Shanghai &
Beijing. Likely 'Lost Time' and 'Added-on Charges' in remote support
are being minimized making our customers enjoy a more effective
service.
Liability and Insurance
GISL maintains all insurance and liability concerns. We
comply with all local laws. Each consultant works under a formal
consultant services agreement. This agreement covers
confidentiality, patent, design and development concerns.
Our consultants will turn in a weekly time sheet to be signed by you
or your designee to authorize all hours worked and that all work has
been performed to your satisfaction. We are an equal opportunity
